![]() Inside his house, Jijimon tells him that he was brought to the Digimon World to save File Island, as its inhabitants were losing their memory. He is then dragged to the Digimon World.Īfter waking up in the Digimon World, Mameo thinks he's dreaming, but then Jijimon tells him it's not a dream, and shows him his Partner. ![]() After arriving home, he finds his mother's note, saying she would arrive home late, and hears a sound coming from his Digimon Pendulum, where a Koromon is calling him. One day, he goes to the park and sees his friends playing Digital Monster in a battle between MetalGreymon and MetalMamemon. As a reference to this, Digimon World: Next Order chooses to only give him a nickname. In Digimon World, his name is chosen by the player his card only lists him as the Protagonist ( 主人公, Shujinkou ?) in Japanese and You in English to represent his status as the player's avatar in the video game. Unfortunately, it is stuck in that form due to the BH Program. In Digimon World: Next Order, Mameo carries a Digi-Egg that was presumably his partner Mamemon. The localized version of the card corrected the error. Bandai has stated they would not be re-printing the card to correct the error. On the parallel version of EX1-066, Mameo's hat is misspelled as "Degital". By the time of Digimon World: Next Order, he has grown into a young man He wears a black knitted hat with a white Mamemon smiley face on it, a yellow and black hooded shirt with long sleeves, black pants with yellow pockets, and black sneakers with yellow soles. He wears a yellow hoodie and a dog tag, blue jeans, and gray sneakers with red laces and stripes. He wears a black knitted hat with a Digimon virtual pet on the front in white and the words "Digital Monster" in red around the brim. But don’t compare the two because they are not similar at all.In Digimon World, Mameo is a young boy with fair skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. If you want a very basic RPG with a decent story, pick Cyber Sleuth, if you want a unique game full of heart that captures the true essence of Digimon, pick Next 0rder. This game does what it sets out to do very well, I think, and I really enjoy it. ![]() There isn’t another game like it that isn’t Digimon, and it captures the true heart of Digimon since Digimon started as (and they still continue to release) virtual pets. Next 0rder is a completely unique game (along with World 1 and the 3DS game). I personally didn’t like it too much, but I am playing through it again and it’s not as bad as I remember, although it does feel very basic. The only difference between certain Digimon is stats for the most part, because all the “special” attacks are the same just with different elements and animations that play when you use them. At the risk of being downvoted I will tell you that while Cyber Sleuth has a good story and generally more story than Next 0rder, it is a very barebones RPG in terms of gameplay mechanics. They are entirely different kinds of games. If you’re comparing it to Cyber Sleuth, don’t. Turn on easy mode by talking to I think Punimon, and your stat gains from training will be better, and it doesn’t affect battle difficulty either so there’s no reason to not have easy mode on, imo. The only thing I don’t like about it is the default difficulty makes it impossible to gain stats. Personally I really love it, but I am a super vpet fan, so I am a bit biased. It’s basically just like Digimon World 1 except it’s a direct sequel where you get TWO Digimon instead of 1! And your digimon don’t die after losing 3 battles! I didn’t get into it when I first bought it, but I recently started playing it “for real” and it’s just great. I watched this video for where yo train, but this player is better than me: Play the game this way and use the older digimon to train the younger one. It will make huge gains and become as strong as the ultimate while a rookie or champion. This is the sweet spot, train the baby until it is rookie and then go fight the strongest digimon the older digimon and beat. When you level, unlock perfect guard and stat gains through fighting player abilities. They will make champion pretty easy and one will make ultimate. When it gets dark port back home and train until bed. Then, train until they eat the first time, then explore and fight. Train in the gym for hp until they are rookie level. They will be difficult to raise and they are both the same level. Do the best you can with your first digimon. I’ll post links for the guides I used early on, but here was my system.
